  • Day-of Coordination: Starts about 3 months before your wedding with an initial call.

    Partial Planning: Starts roughly 6 months out.

    Full Planning & Design: Begins as soon as you book with us.

  • With Full Planning, we assist in selecting and booking vendors, including the venue. For Day-of Coordination and Partial Planning, we confirm details with vendors you’ve already hired.

  • Yes! The Full Planning & Design package includes up to 3 venue visits depending on location, while other packages include 1 venue visit to help with your decision-making and planning.

  • Yes! We work with local vendors as well as trusted vendors in many destinations. For destination weddings, we help coordinate logistics and vendor communication regardless of location.

  • We tailor each package to your unique vision, guest count, and budget. We take the time to get to know you so your wedding feels personal and stress-free.

  • We oversee setup, coordinate vendors and timelines, troubleshoot any issues, and keep everything running smoothly so you can fully enjoy your day.

  • We assist in reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and provide transparent budgeting tools to track payments and deadlines throughout the planning process.

  • Absolutely! Our Full Planning & Design package includes custom mood boards, color palettes, and design direction to create a cohesive look and feel.

  • No problem! Our Partial Planning package is designed for couples who have begun planning but want professional guidance to complete the process smoothly.

EVENT PLANNING FAQ

  • We plan a wide range of events including corporate gatherings, brand launches, milestone celebrations, showers, retreats, and social soirées—bringing the same care and expertise to every occasion. Our booking process for these events follows a similar step-by-step approach as our wedding planning services to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.

  • Simply schedule a consultation through our website. Once you decide to move forward, you’ll sign the contract through our online portal and pay the deposit. Then, complete our questionnaire to share your vision and details. Finally, we’ll kick off with an initial call to begin planning your perfect day.
