Based in Thomasville, Georgia, Petal & Pearl Events is a destination-ready planning and design studio, traveling wherever the celebration calls to bring each client’s vision to life. Renowned for meticulous attention to detail and a calm, composed presence, the team seamlessly orchestrates every element behind the scenes—allowing clients to feel confident, cared for, and fully immersed in the experience of their day.

"I cannot recommend someone enough! Originally I wanted just a day of timeline and Victoria went above and beyond. Quick responses, and adapting with quick changes and day of disasters. “Working with Victoria from Petals & Pearls was wonderful. Victoria was my day of coordinator for my wedding and I was very pleased with her coordination & collaboration with the various different vendors. Our wedding had 140+ guests, so it was a lot to handle, but her team did great making sure everything ran smoothly. They even helped get a few shots, when our photographer had to leave early (which we are very thankful for). I loved how any changes or concerns were communicated directly to us or to my maid of honor. We loved having separate wedding schedules made for our bridal party and vendors. It was very helpful to ensure that everyone knew what to expect at our walkthrough, rehearsal and on our wedding day!
